Easter Trading Hours

Prepare for the Easter holiday and head to the Fyshwick and Niche Markets.

From fresh fish, local lamb and seasonal fruit and veg, to artisan made Easter eggs and chocolate, freshly made specialty hot cross buns and Easter gifts, it’s all here.

Gates open:

Wednesday 17 April 7am-5:30pm

Thursday 18 April 6am-5:30pm

Saturday 20 April 6am-5:30pm

Closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday*

*Fishmongers open Good Friday 7am-4pm and Easter Sunday 7am-3pm. Ziggys open 7-3pm and Plonk open 9-2pm on Good Friday.

Niche Markets will be open from 10-5pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 9-5pm on Saturday.

The Fyshwick Markets are open Anzac Day, from 7am.

IN SEASON Baby leeks, celeriac, silverbeet, kale, baby turnips and wombok. GOOD VALUE Lebanese cucumber. ASPARAGUS Imported only. AVOCADOES Improving. BEANS Peas great value and eating this week. GARLIC Tassie red garlic and regular Aussie in season. ZUCCHINI Local zucchini still available but affected by cooler weather. FLOWERS Tulips, poppies, jonquils and early cheer in season.
